Bill’s Contracting has been serving homeowners and property owners throughout Chester, Virginia since 1969. With 56 years in the paving industry, we’ve built our reputation on honest work, clean results, and asphalt surfaces that hold up the way they should. Our work is primarily residential, about 90% of what we do, though we also take on commercial and industrial paving projects that make up the remaining share of our business.
